About the Event
Paid work is one of the core elements of the good life. For almost all people of adult age, it is one of their primary desires.
Working and being able to meaningfully contribute to society is not just about earning money (although this is an essential element); it is also a primary strategy for connecting people which can lead to the development of organic relationships and even friendships.
This event walks people through the fundamental steps that successful entrepreneurs have used. Participants will meet at least one successful disabled entrepreneur who will share their personal story and learning.
This event is ideal for people with lived experience, their family/whanau and core supporters, some of whom may be agency staff.
