Events - Introduction to SRV

Registration

You can register directly through the form on this page, or by printing it and posting it to us. Any links from this page open in new windows so this page stays unchanged while you read.

Information

Register in Advance

Everyone planning to attend must register in advance. Support people who are staying throughout the event must also register.

Cost

Your registration covers course fee, morning and afternoon teas and lunches. All amounts include GST.

  • Register before 16 February and pay only $500
  • Registrations after 16 February will cost $580

Payment

Your registration will be confirmed when payment is received. We will post you an invoice if you require one. We offer three payment options:

  • Please post us your cheque made payable to "Standards Plus".
  • Request an invoice via this registration and direct debit your payment.
  • Pay by credit card. Just print this registration form, write your card details in the space provided, then fax or post this form to Standards Plus. We do not currently accept online credit card transactions.

Cancellation Policy

A $50 administration fee will be withheld for cancellations received prior to 16 March 2008. No refunds will be issued after this date.
