Service Quality

“Quality is never accidental - it is always the result of conscious effort”

Personal Outcome Measures

Standards Plus is accredited with the American Council for Quality and Leadership to provide training and service evaluations using their Personal Outcome Measures.

Personal Outcome Measures operate across 7 broad domains of:

  • Identity
  • Autonomy
  • Affiliation
  • Attainment
  • Safeguards
  • Rights
  • Health and wellness

Within these domains, 25 personal outcomes have been identified.

Evaluation and review of services using Personal Outcome Measures gives the provider information about:

  • The extent to which people using their services are attaining personal outcomes.
  • The extent to which the service is providing the type of support necessary for personal outcomes to be attained.
