Operations

Our operations team is dispersed around the country with our head office in Manukau City and an administrative base in Tauranga, New Zealand. We run a friendly and responsive service and love to hear from you.

Lorna Sullivan

Lorna Sullivan is the Chief Executive for Standards Plus, responsible for managing the organisation and its relationships. Lorna has worked in the provision of support for disabled people and families for the past 30 years and has been involved in all aspects of service delivery, design and evaluation from hands on service provision, management and leadership to policy and purchasing, training, development and advocacy.  Read a fuller personal profile.

Penny Hambleton

Penny Leads an individualised funding project for older people that is supported by the Otago District Health Board.

Erin Geaney

Erin is our Events Coordinator looking after all aspects from hiring a venue to registration through to delivery of our events.

Yvonne Sullivan

Yvonne provides administration and IT support services and maintains the website.

Deep Quality Through Optimal Individual Service Design

Standards Plus is planning to host this high level and intensive training programme to support the development of quality in the design and delivery of individualised, person centred services to people with disabilities and their families. It is envisaged that this event will be held during August and September 1010 most likely in either Hamilton or Auckland depending on levels of interest.

No One Alone - Call for Papers

The planning committee for our 2010 conference 'No One Alone' is now accepting papers and presentations from individuals and groups who might wish to contribute their knowledge to this event. Anyone wishing to submit an abstract for consideration should do so by 5pm Friday 26 March 2010.

Conference will be held 20th - 22nd September 2010
Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre, Auckland
