Sector Experience
NASC
Lorna had a direct involvement with the development of the Needs Assessment
and Service Coordination functions from the preliminary discussions around
its conceptual development with the Regional Health Authority in 1992.
This included:
- Development of initial pilots with Midland Regional Health Authority.
- Participation in the development of Needs Assessment Standards.
- Development of Access Ability NASC as foundation Board member.
- Delivery of NASC services to all age groups as Chief Executive of
Access Ability.
