WHAT'S NEWLetting in the LightStandards Plus has a limited number of Michael Kendrick's new book Letting in the Light currently available for sale. Deep Quality Through Optimal Individual Service DesignStandards Plus is planning to host this high level and intensive training programme to support the development of quality in the design and delivery of individualised, person centred services to people with disabilities and their families. It is envisaged that this event will be held during August and September 1010 most likely in either Hamilton or Auckland depending on levels of interest. No One Alone - Call for PapersThe planning committee for our 2010 conference 'No One Alone' is now accepting papers and presentations from individuals and groups who might wish to contribute their knowledge to this event.
