Seeking a Good Life

A two day workshop exploring options for people with disabilities and their families to manage thier own supports and taking authority over their own lives. This event will address the questions; What is a Good Life? and how can it be attained by everybody? Topics include:

• Introduction to the idea of a good life
• The importance of Roles
• Welfare Guardianship and Property management
• Individualised Funding
• Friendships, Relationships and Parenting
• Circles of Support
• Wills, Trusts and Estates

The planning committee for our 2010 conference 'No One Alone' is now accepting papers and presentations from individuals and groups who might wish to contribute their knowledge to this event.
